I do not know of any special situation, though. It is unlikely, because it could easily create a mutant of electrical energy, instead of bringing about Electro Sorry if that's not enough.

It May a Spidey villain, but HES fought other heroes. I know HES fought Daredevil, F4, and the Avengers. The mightve fought Wolverine and is the only man electro-x has fought.
